EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it. The cost of returning and shipping the new item is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the initial shipping of the package by the customer or by Tamélo Boutique ($5 or $10) depending on the package, will be deducted from the initial amount paid by the customer.
*Beware of stains, pet hair or other damage that will prevent you from getting an exchange or refund.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt (except for the holiday season, the period extends to 30 days). For an exchange, you must proceed as for a refund. Here are the steps:
1. Return the product to us (in its original condition) indicating inside the package that you wish to obtain a refund at the following address TAMELO BOUTIQUE 8220 Pascal-Gagnon, St-Léonard Montréal, H1P1Y4.
2. Buy the desired new product!
