Tamelo boutique x Les Boys

Do you remember the popular series Les Boys that has left its mark on Quebecers since 1997? This series features Stan Ouellet (Rémy Girard), the owner of a brewery who coaches a team of hockey players who will experience countless adventures and hilarious surprises, each one funnier than the last. This feature film was so appreciated by the people of Quebec that even the famous film Titanic did not manage to overtake it. Since the two films were released almost simultaneously in movie theaters, it was during its second week of showing that the film Les Boys overtook Titanic at the box office. The story of this stereotypical hockey team won the hearts of Quebecers so much that Quebec was the only place in the world where Titanic was not number 1!

Big plans and big ambitions

This year, Melenny Productions has given way to ComediHa! who is now the new owner of the most lucrative franchise in Quebec. Well, good news for die-hard fans of Stan and his boys, the production has announced the release of a new film to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this successful series/film. Yay! In fact, the production is thinking even bigger and has decided to adapt the film in France and the United States as well. Having had great success here, they hope that the famous Boys team can conquer the hearts of even more viewers with this version adapted to other countries. What a great idea!
