Delivery information
Canada: 7 - 10 working days.
We will do our best to ensure that these estimates are accurate, but it is not in our power to guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.
For a custom order, it takes 5-10 business days for production before the shirt is shipped. Normal postage time is then taken into account.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.
Point of sale and collection on site
Yes it is possible, you just have to select the option PICK UP ON THE SPOT among the delivery options during the purchase.
You will then receive an email indicating that your package is ready to be picked up. Our offices are located at 8220 St-Léonard (Montreal).
Our business hours are Monday to Thursday from noon to 4pm.
Tamelo Boutique is an online shop, we do not have a physical shop. However, we do have a few points of sale across Quebec. You can also order online and pick up your order in person by selecting the PICK-UP option at the time of purchase.
Information on our products
We recommend washing all our products in cold water and avoiding the dryer at all times as it shrinks the cotton!
*Tote bag: never machine wash them.
It is normal for the shirt to come with a print mark/print product smell. Usually you can see a rectangular shape around the printed design. This is quite normal and will come off after the first wash.
Exchange and refund conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it for a new model if it is available. However, the cost of return postage and re-shipment is at the buyer's expense. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer.
The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product.

For an EXCHANGE, simply return the merchandise and request a refund, then purchase the correct size online.
