Delivery information
Canada: 3 - 10 business days
We will do our best to ensure that these delivery times are accurate, but it is not in our power to guarantee them. Delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose. You may also want to check if your item is a print-on-demand item, as additional time may be added in this case.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.

Tamelo Boutique is an online store, we do not have a physical store. However, we have a few points of sale throughout Quebec.
PRE-ORDER and promotions
A PRE-ORDERmeans that the shirt is printed following your order. You should therefore allow 14-30 days for production before shipping.
No, if an item is already discounted, you cannot add an additional discount (promo code). Only one promo code can be used per order.
We are always looking for new points of sale! Don't hesitate to contact us if you think your shop would be a good "match" with ours!
Information on our products
We recommend washing all our products in cold water and avoiding the dryer at all times as it shrinks the cotton!
*Tote bag: never machine wash them.
All our models are printed by screen printing or digital printing (DTG).
By joining our reward program, you can earn and collect points that you can redeem for discount coupons.
You can earn points in different ways such as when you purchase a product, or by following us and sharing on the networks!

Exchange and refund conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase, provided that the new model is available. However, the buyer is responsible for the return postage and the new shipment. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is at the buyer's expense. If you had free shipping on the original purchase, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt of product.

Send back your package indicating inside that you want a refund.
Buy the new product you want online.
