Delivery information
Canada: 3 - 10 business days
We will do our best to ensure that these delivery times are accurate, but it is not in our power to guarantee them. Delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose. You may also want to check if your item is a print-on-demand item, as additional time may be added in this case.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.

Tamelo Boutique is an online boutique, we don't have a physical store. However, we do have a few points of sale across Quebec, and we regularly organize pop-ups at our offices!
Promotions and wholesale
No, if an item is already discounted, you cannot add an additional discount (promo code). Only one promo code can be used per order.
We are always looking for new points of sale! Don't hesitate to contact us if you think your shop would be a good "match" with ours!
Information on our products
We recommend washing all our products in cold water and avoiding the dryer at all times as it shrinks the cotton!
*Tote bag: never machine wash them.
All our models are screen-printed or digitally printed (DTF).
By joining our reward program, you can earn and collect points that you can redeem for discount coupons.
You can earn points in different ways such as when you purchase a product, or by following us and sharing on the networks!

Exchange and refund conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to refund your purchase, provided the new model is available. However, the cost of return postage and re-shipment will be borne by the purchaser. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer. If you obtained free shipping on your initial purchase, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Return your package, indicating on the inside that you would like a refund.
Purchase the new product you want online.
